Zero Breaded Dragon

zero-bearded-dragon

Description:

Scientific name: Pogona vitticeps

Life span: 5 to 8 years

Because they are devoid of color and occasionally even patterns, zero bearded dragons are incredibly fascinating. In cooler climates, they are more gray, and in hotter climates, they are dazzling white. Although they are occasionally shorter than this, adults can reach a maximum length of two feet. They are a rare morph, making them more difficult to find and typically more expensive.

Native Region/Habitat

They are Australian natives, and they need a lot of light that resembles their natural surroundings.

Behavior:

Even though they are calm and gentle creatures, these dragons need constant care, maintenance, and food.

Care As a pet/In captivity:

Habitat, Tank Conditions & Setup

Tank: Before bringing a bearded dragon home, prepare the environment. The ideal materials for this pet are glass and plexiglass. The mesh lids are the most user-friendly and make it simpler for you to see your pet. The bare minimum tank size for your bearded dragon should be 30 gallons. Although too small areas are feasible, no matter how big you decide to go, they won’t create any extra space.

Temperature: The ideal temperature for bearded dragons to bask is between 95°F and 110°F. But their whole tank shouldn’t be this hot. For a warm and content dragon, try to maintain a tank temperature of 85°F.

Feeding: The majority of the nourishment consumed by Zero bearded dragons, which are omnivores and consume a range of meals, comes from vegetables and insects. Crickets, worms, spiders, tiny rodents, fruits, flowers, lettuce, carrots, squash, zucchini, and beet greens are some of their favorite foods.
