Behavior:

The Stump Tailed Pygmy Chameleon travels through the forest floor in search of food while consuming small insects. It possesses excellent camouflage, and if it feels threatened or terrified, it will remain immobile in an effort to blend in with its environment. It resembles a fallen leaf. They can remain motionless for a while, confusing the predator until it loses interest or can’t find them. They hunt throughout the day and snooze on shrub leaves at night.
