A variant of the Eclipse morph known as Snake Eyes can also appear in the Blizzard and Tremper Eclipses. The amount of Snake Eye is typically expressed as a percentage when sold. A leopard gecko with a snake eye that covers 75% of the eye, for instance, might be advertised as having a 75% snake eye.
In essence, snake eyes are just eyes with some solid pigment but not all of it. The snake eye morph is bred to have an unfinished eye. Their pupils have the shape of a slit, like the eye of a snake.
