Description:
Scientific name: Spilotes Sulphureus

With the exception of the first row, its dorsal scales are keeled, it has somewhat large eyes with rounded pupils, a rounded snout, and a head that is fairly distinct from its neck. This snake is not poisonous.
Native Region/Habitat
It is only found in South America.
Behavior:
The only information that is known about this species’ behavior is that it is primarily terrestrial and that, when threatened, it inflates its throat, exposing a pigment that is a bright yellow colour. Its vivid yellow serves as a predator warning sign.
