Pastel Leopard Gecko

Pastel-Leopard Gecko

Origin and reason of Pastel

Considered a by-product of the Mack Snows are the Mack Pastels. When the Mack Snows were introduced, they initially appeared at random in colonies.

The Tremper albino is not solely linked to the Pastel gene. It is a distinct gene by itself, and it can appear in any morph, boosting color pigments.

Pastel Leopard Gecko

Unique Appearance:

The top of its head has a lighter marking on it; notably evident upon hatching. Colors are substantially increased in the morph it is present in, particularly lavender. The use of new color combinations is possible. It’s like a dirty covering of skin has been removed, creating a gecko with exceptionally pure and bright color, as one breeder called it. When Pastel is crossed with Pastel, the striking color results are intensified. Like upgrading from analogue to HD television! The Pastel Leopard Gecko’s tail has the same soft hues as the rest of its body.
