Description

The blue and yellow feathers on the orange-winged amazon’s head vary in size from individual to individual. Sections of the upper mandible are horn-colored, and other parts are dark gray. The orange splash that emerges on the front margins of the wings gives the orange-winged amazon its name. The bird’s markings are rarely discernible when it is not flying. The male and female are identical from the outside.
Habitat/Native Region
In its native South America, the orange-winged amazon is also referred to as the orange-winged parrot and the loro guaro. It reproduces throughout tropical South America, from central Brazil and Peru through Trinidad and Tobago, Colombia, and Peru. It inhabits wooded areas and largely rural areas.

Despite the fact that some people have a favorite person, most people get along well with their family. However, it’s not uncommon for Amazons and young kids to clash.
Care
Amazon parrots have a tendency to become couch potatoes, spending the majority of the day sitting and eating starchy foods. Obese birds, on the other hand, suffer from fatty tumors and have a significantly shorter life span. Orange wings, like most Amazon parrots, live for a long time; make sure children or a good-natured neighbor adore the bird as well, because they may inherit him.
