Description
Nembrotha chamberlaini is a species of vivid sea slug that belongs to the Polyceridae family of dorid nudibranchs and marine gastropod mollusks. It was initially explained in 1997. Nembrotha chamberlaini is white with yellow, green, orange, or black stripes on its top mantle occasionally. It possesses extremely unusual bright red rhinophores and gills. Typically, the mouth and foot sections are pale purple. This nudibranch has a highly striking colour pattern that is typical of species that use colour to let other species know they are nearby.
