Characteristics and Genetics
Japanese Polled, a type of little beef cattle, are imperiled by extinction. It is one of the six indigenous cow breeds of Japan, and one of the four variations known as “wagyu” in Japan, with the Japanese Black, Japanese Brown, and Japanese Shorthorn.
