Blizzard Leopard Gecko

Blizzard Leopard Gecko

Appearance:

Blizzard, a morph type of leopard geckos, lacks patterns on their body. Instead, their entire body is covered in a single color. The majority of blizzard morphs have magnificent white or yellow hues. Some blizzards will be referred to as midnight blizzard leopard geckos because of their darker coloring. A light single-colored morph is the common name for the coloring. The blizzard leopard gecko has a triangular head and a stout, stubby body. Above their nostrils, they have two eyes on either side of their heads.

Striking Feature:

For leopard geckos, the famed thick tail is a striking feature, and the broad tail finishes in a thin point. It’s possible that you’ll notice that the tail turns a light pink tint.

Origin:

Prehistoric Pets found both the Blizzard morph and the Murphy Patternless morph in 1995. The Blizzard morph is a straightforward recessive morph, just like the Murphy Patternless morph. Blizzards’ hues range from white to deep purple as hatchlings, and they have no pattern at all. Most of them alter within the previously described color spectrum as they age. Midnight Blizzards are typically used to describe the darker Blizzards, however there doesn’t seem to be anything that can limit the darkness.
