Bandit Leopard Gecko

Bandit-Leopard Gecko

Which is the striking feature of Bandit Leopard Gecko from other morphs?

Since 1995, the rich and durable black color feature has been selectively bred into the population. We deliberately bred for fewer head spots for 12 years, producing animals with 3–4 head markings. When compared to other morphs, this one has the highest concentration of black pigment as an adult, which is striking against the cream body hue. They are available in striped and jungle themes. The best instances must be bred together because the Bandit pattern is a polygenic characteristic.

Distinguish trait:

Typically, bandit morphs lack most of the spots on their skulls in favor of a few distinct stripes or patterns between their nose and eyes that resemble a bandit’s mask.
