How do baldies differ from Super Hypo?
A Super Hypo without head spotting is known as a Baldy Leopard Gecko. Gourmet Rodent was the first to create the Baldy attribute.
The Baldy characteristic is thought to be Line Bred or Polygenic, just as the Super Hypos and the Super Hypo Carrot Tails. This indicates that to breed geckos with the least amount of head spotting in order to generate Baldies.
Appearance
Bald leopard geckos have markings all over their bodies except their heads, which are unmarked.
