Anthurium Queen

Anthurium queen.

For philodendron lovers, that undeniable catch is the queen anthurium, Anthurium warocqueanum.

Although they initially appear modest, its leaves quickly enlarge to enormous proportions, dwarfing anything else in your collection.

Anthurium queen

The queen of all anthuriums, this lady enjoys being indulged and will let you know through her foliage if you aren’t doing so.

Although it naturally climbs up the sides of trees, this plant likes the light.

If left in the sun for too long, its leaves are easily susceptible to scorching. Instead, seek out direct sunshine that is brilliant or dappled light.

This plant might be able to thrive in light to medium shadow, but if you do, keep a check on the leaves and relocate it to a location with more sunlight if you notice any yellowing.

Humidity

Queen anthurium requires moderate to high humidity, and for the best results, you should aim for 70%.

Make sure to use a humidifier or pebble tray to increase the air’s humidity as needed, and watch out for drops below 55%.
