An animal of medium-large size, the Tauernsheck goat. Like the Swiss Oberhasli, it was bred in the colors of black and brown.
But, the Tauernsheck goat must have a white line across its face and two or more large white spots on its sides that do not sever the line on its back. Bucks and does both possess horns. They should have black and brown legs.
Behavior:
Goats from Tauernsheck are incredibly robust, active, and healthy creatures. Adult bucks are notorious for brawling.
Goats from the Tauernsheck breed typically live long lives and are well suited to the Mountains. They stay in the Mountains throughout the summer. They remain with their herd and take pleasure in the grass, clean mountain air, and tranquilly.
