Description
This is a specie of colorful sea slug and marine gastropod mollusk belonging to the Polyceridae family is called Nembrotha kubaryana. It is also referred as the dark nembrotha or the various neon slug. It is a sizable, dark-bodied nudibranch that may have green elevated spots or stripes that run the length of the body. The foot and head have a striking red-orange border. The gills and rhinophores can be either red or green. Despite the latter’s lack of a red-orange line on its foot, Nembrotha cristata and Nembrotha kubaryana are closely related species.
